Welcome to the APTA (Ajax Pickering Transit Authority) section of Barp.ca.
Ajax and Pickering are located east of Toronto, west of Whitby . Their fleet currently consists of
Orion I, V and VI's, New Flyer D40, MBT Glider's, Ford/ Overland ELF's and they
still have a GM New Look on the property (as of April 29/05).
APTA will be joining Whitby Transit and the Oshawa Transit Commission to form a Durham
Region transit system in January 2006. This section will contain photos taken
before that date.
